1.1. Application of the Policy.
The provisions of this Policy apply to the processing by the Operator of cookies of Website visitors, Users, and their Representatives.
By using the Website's functionality, Users may also independently process third-party cookies on the Projects, including when using DDoS protection and automated request prevention systems, as well as when disabling the simplified statistics mode in the Project settings and/or when using third-party analytics programs.
If, in accordance with applicable law, cookies are recognized as Personal Data, the Operator processes them in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Instruction.
1.2. Types of cookies used.
In accordance with the generally accepted classification, the Operator may collect and process:
- mandatory cookies that ensure the operation of the Website;
- functional cookies necessary for saving the preferences of Website visitors, Users, and their Representatives;
- analytical cookies that allow the collection of statistics to improve user experience;
- marketing cookies that allow the recognition of unique Website visitors for the purposes of advertising optimization.
1.3. Storage and processing periods.
The Operator's cookies are stored for no more than 90 days from the date of the first visit to the Website or Platform. The storage periods for third-party cookies are determined independently by the owners of the respective third-party services.
2. Operator's Cookies
2.1. Ensuring the functioning of the Website.
The Operator processes mandatory and functional cookies of visitors to ensure the functioning of the Website, including enabling the transition to its regional version. Such processing is carried out on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interest or obtained consent:

2.3. Collection of statistics and analytics.
In order to analyze traffic on the Website, the Operator collects and processes analytical cookies using an internal statistics system. The collection and processing of analytical cookies is carried out by the Operator on the basis of obtained consent:

3. Third-Party Cookies
3.1. Conversion measurement and advertising optimization.
On certain subdomains of the Website, the Meta Pixel service is integrated, which collects marketing cookies to recognize unique visitors and optimize advertising. The processing of marketing cookies is carried out in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy based on the consent of the Website visitor:

The Operator does not have access to cookies processed through the Meta Pixel service, nor does it have the ability to control their collection by the service owner.
3.2. Request verification.
In order to verify requests during registration and authorization on the Website, the Operator uses the reCAPTCHA service. To analyze behavioral characteristics, Google Cloud EMEA Limited collects cookies of Website visitors, Users, and their Representatives on behalf of the Operator based on legitimate interest:

3.3. Embedding and displaying videos.
To display videos on the Website, the Operator uses integrations with third-party services. The owners of such services may independently collect cookies on the Website independently of the Operator in order to ensure the operability of the integrations.
The Operator recommends that Website visitors, Users, and their Representatives independently review the data processing policies of these services and, if they disagree with their terms, disable the collection of third-party cookies in their web browser settings in accordance with the procedure provided for in this Policy.
4. Cookie Management
4.1. Use of a pop-up banner.
Upon the first visit to the Website, the Operator offers visitors to accept or reject the use of cookies by setting preferences in a pop-up banner. The banner ensures that consent for the processing of cookies is obtained in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. Refusal to use cookies.
Mandatory cookies are necessary for the operation of the Website and therefore cannot be disabled. However, Website visitors, Users, and their Representatives have the right to refuse the collection of other cookies by:
- selecting the appropriate settings in the pop-up banner;
- changing the cookie processing parameters in the web browser being used;
- using third-party browser extensions.
Most browsers also provide the right to delete previously collected cookies stored on the device. At the same time, refusing the collection of cookies and/or deleting them may negatively affect the Website interface and may also make some of the Website's functionality unavailable.
